DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, read all cell c reports

THERE i WAS AT 06.15 YESTERDAY MORNING, PITCH DARK, READY TO START WORKING ON A RUNNING RACE, I DECIDE TO PHONE THE TV CAMERAMAN I WAS WORKING WITH TO CONFIRM SOMETHING, I TAKE OUT MY CELLPHONE, TRY TO GET THROUGH AND THIS VOICE SAYS THAT, BECAUSE I HAVENT USED MY PHONE FOR A WHILE, MY PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!! I USE IT EVERY DAY!!. I PHONE THEIR USELESS HELPLINE AND THE OPERATOR TELLS ME TO FIND A PETROL STATION AND BUY R5 WORTH OF AIR TIME, WHAT WOULD I DO IF I WAS BROKEN DOWN ON THE NATIONAL ROAD AT 3AM? THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND WHY, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME TALKING TO THEIR HELPLINE now to await the computer generated apology, saying that someone will phone me shortly, they May try to phone me, but on the cellphone, which has no reception in my office! I also still receive my sms's days after they were sent, well I went onto pay as you go so as to be able to port my number, unless someone phones me by 09.30 this morning i will be going down the road to port my number maybe i am jumping out of the frying pan into the fire, but at least there is a MTN shop close to me and they have always been very helpfull, unlike the yo-yo;s at cell c!!!
