I received a Sim card in February, I was supposed to have received a SIM card & a modem but only a SIM card (WRONG CONRTACT) was delivered. I called on the 19 February to log an inquiry & spoke to a lady by the name of Lorraine who said she will call me back because the system was down. She never called back. I sent an sms to 08414329 (22 February 2013) and two emails (26 February, 02 April 2013) explaining the same situation but I never received any feedback. I called countless times but I'm always on hold & I'm using my airtime as I don't have a cell c number (Your sim card still intact & sealed in a package).
I called on the 2nd April 2013 & the consultant said she will escalate the matter but cannot promise me the turn around time, as for when will the matter be resolved since its a long queue. Your automatic response on the emails states 48hrs & now its way more than 48hrs.
I called again on the 10th May 2013 and the consultant confirmed that an enquiry has been logged but nothing has been done about it. He said if I want to cancel the contract I will be penalized. How can you penalize me for your mistakes? And yet you are debiting my accocunt every month. I want my refund
