So as usual the promised feedback after the supposed 2nd "investigation" into the illegal WASP deductions still has not happened and the last illegal WASP deduction has also still not been refunded... 2 weeks later.
So I try to contact Cindy to check and follow up on the empty promises and apparently she doesn't exist according to Vodacom even though I know for a fact that she does.
Very nice - really professional and absolutely confidence inspiring that my issue and my patronage is important to Vodacom
