On the 1st August - I wrote a complaint to Hello Peter about how pathetic the network is with Cell C - I got promised from Cell C that it will be sorted out - NOTHING has been done!!
I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect!!! I am NOT prepared to pay R399.00 per month for a phone that I cannot use - and now a new problem has come up - people are calling me but i get cross lined so now i am chatting to some random person and not the person that i am supposed to be talking to!! I have had enough now I am furious - I have never experienced such bad service from a Cellphone Network - I dont want to hear anything - i just want my contract cancelled thats all!!! Enough is Enough, Empty Promises, we are working on the service etc! I cannot deal with my calls being cut all the time, in a conversation my call gets cut 3-4 times! I want this sorted out! Come get your phone and cancel this contract please!!! THank you
