I Have been with Cell C for over 6 years now, and I can not begin to explain the amount of issues and problems i have been having with your service over this year (2013).
Every month I receive my account and it is more than I should be paying. Furthermore when I call cell c for it to be sorted out, they tell me the account holder must call and sort the problem out.
I am SICK and TIRED of me and my mother wasting our time and petrol having to drive to a cell c store to sort a problem out, that in the end is never sorted out due to your incompetent service.
