Bad Service and staff does not know what to do!!!

I took in my blackberry in just over a month. It was water damage. Took it into the store and informed them that I need to claim from the insurance and it must not be sent in for repairs. I filled in all the documentation needed. Up to date I have not received any feedback from them. I have called them on 5 occasions and they informed me the first time it was sent to Head office for repairs after I informed them it must go to there insurance company that the phone is insured with. 2 weeks ago I called them and say the phone is back from Head office it is BER. Now they needed to send it to the insurance for them to investigate if they can replace the phone. I am still waiting for response but I am getting the run around. I am thinking of cancelling my account because there service has dropped dramatically after all this years that I have been a client with them.
I am very disappointed how they have handled my case.
