My cell phone was lost/ on Saturday the 27th of July 2013 I went to police station in Durbanville to report it they said I needed a ITC number first. Then why did they take my money from August 2012. I called Finright on the 28/03/2013 to change my Cell from the S3 that was insured to a BB Torch. The lady helping me then informed me that I need to up my insurance to R1000.00 because they will replace the torch with a BB 9900 or such because the Torch is no longer available. She then informed me that they do not insure tablets and will arrange for a cancellation and refund. On Monday the 27th I called Autopage and they informed me that Finright cancelled my insurance on the 082 number and there for the cannot honour my claim. The insurance of R 10000.00 was removed and just after that couple of seconds they added insurance of R7500.00 Why??? No documentation was signed! Autopage call Angelique at Finright and she said that the phone insured was a S3 So because it was no changed they cannot replace the phone.2 August I called and spoke to Karin she said she will pull the recording and call me.5 August spoke 2 A will call 8 th said will call.16 Spoke 2 A said she will call 12H00.
