Email suspended

This is the second time in the same month that my email account on my blackberry has been suspended. Last time when i called the said they couldnt tell me why it happens. I had to give my email adress and password, which also upsets me because why do they need to know what my password is? And now it is suspended again! I would like some clarity on this matter please
