I wrote a report a few weeks ago regarding a second contract that was taken up in my name. Vodacom came back and advised that they will investigate and that they would refund me.
The agent I spoke to also advise that I will be refunded although they did not specify when I could expect the refunds, they further advised that there is a third contract that was taken up to be activated on the 30th May, the debit order should be expected on the 1st.
I would like to find out if that contact has been cancelled yet, also am I supposed to await for my account to be debited again, thereafter dispute it and then await the refund.
I would also like to find out how this activities took place, are signatures not verified before additional contracts taken out.

I received an SMS this morning (2013-05-28 09:42:13) advising that I would be refunded R200, I do not understand how this is because the total refund amount I am expecting to date is in excess or R900.I am not sure whom I am suppose to contact for follow ups and feedback so may I get a name and number of someone who is going to be explain all this to me.
