I am with out a phone now for more then a week, almost two and MTN just dont get back to me and the shop at Carnivall Mall dont phone me back like they said they will. i hope that everything is sorted out on Saterday 19/01/2012. They said they want to go on with good service and a happy client, but it doesn't look like it. 2 people from MTN head office phoned me but still they don't give me an a solution and I AM STILL NOT HAPPY!!!
Can someone PLEASE phone me back so this matter can be resolved on Saturday.
