I have a contract with Vodacom. I took my current phone in 2011 an N8, its been giving me same problems if its not freezing it doesn't want to switch on. I took it for repairs for more than 5 times. And now it only came back on Saturday., today it doesn't want to switch on. I am asking them to allow me for an upgrade as I know im due for one in July, they don't want to. I cant take my phone for the same problem every time and get it back with the same problem. Then they can give me a new handset. I'm not happy at all
