Unsuccessful conversion of prepaid to normal line

On Friday 3 May 2013, I phoned Telkom customer services on 10210. I managed to get through to the right department who I asked to change my prepaid line to normal line.its a week later and it's still not converted. According to Telkom, it is changed on their side! However, I still can't use my phone! its still asking for my pin code and to recharge before end of May, so it's NOT converted! I phoned today and after an hour on the phone being put through from 1 person to another and being cut off at least 5 times, I'm still nowhere close to sorting out the problem! To top it all off! I just got an email account for R195! Not sure what's it for?! Also no explanation of what it's for either! I need this sorted out before I pay anything! It's unacceptable and for the people working at the call centre who makes the customer out to be lying about the line being correct according your system! Please train your staff on etiquette!
