I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on 21 January, and as yet have not received a response. I placed an order for an ADSL line on 27 December and was promised installation within 2 - 14 days. It is now over a month later and still no installation, and your call centre tells me maybe April, but no guarantees. Obviously Telkom does not care about new business as they hold the monopoly, so we are forced into accepting their terrible service.
