EXCELLENT SERVICE

Last week I spoke to a consultant by the name of LESEGO MAKOLA who sold me a funeral plan. To cut the long story short, he gave me Bad service. Everything was just wrong, I mean everything. I contacted him and he promised that someone from customer service was going to call me to rectify all the mistake of which it didn't happen>

I then sent an email to customer service and a lady by the name of Mbali Zondo called me, I mean she is very proffesional, friendly, efficient and energetic. She was very patient with me as I"m always busy, but hey she didn't loose her patient. Yesterday the 02.10.2013 we finalised everything.
I am a happy customer now, all Thanks to Mbali Zondo.

Mbali my darling you are a STAR!! i just hope that you can get a promotion or a raise, YOU DESERVE IT.
