Upgraded from a 1 Meg uncapped to a two Meg uncapped. Pathetic Internet speed, made no difference. Telkom is misleading the public with false advertising. Phones the call centre to complain and they just brush it off. I don't see the point of paying for such horrendous service. Telkom does not respond to my numerous emails nor do supervisors call back. Had this problem for over three months. I demand Telkom to call me and resolve this ongoing matter. I'm not able to use my Internet at all so I don't see the point in having this service.
