Throttled By Dumbass Telkom Again!!!!!!
Ive been a loyal Telkom customer for many years, paying premium price for my internet WITH a 4meg speed line....until for the whole month of May throttling me whenever I'm on the internet - i then went over to MWEB where i did not experience any problems for the next mfew months...what did me off however was their packages & usability to hook you up when u run out of internet - Telkom has always been very easy, so after trying to talk to MWEB nicely i got to no resolution. so at the beginning of october i cancelled with MWEB & went back to Telkom......& how sorry i am again...i went online with Telkom on the 1st November 2013...today is the 7th....from the 5th until this current moment I've been throttled again over & over!! i totally get if i was uncapped, but I'm not!!!!! i have a 40g account at a 4meg speed - my bill comes to R1000 or more per month - COME ON GUYS GET YOUR TOGETHER!!! just give me a capped account that is not shaped!!! surely if i run out, i will take more & more...i am so over this!!! please contact me & resolve this matter or i will take it to the Ombudsman for unfair practice!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!! u my money every month!!!!!
