Well where to start. I asked for a iPhone contract for 399 per month and they will call me back. No luck, I do have a current contract so you would think that they would look after there valued customers.
No such luckkk. Well then I spoke to the team leader she was as useless as a donkey on a dry day.
She never helped and never came back to me, so keep your I phone. I got one form another network.
Then another issue is I have Bis included in my contract, so why charge me for Internet and e mails, what's app and ect. What are you people smoking.
I can not wait to get away from a network like you people. Your staff don't speak English, and they have not idea what customer service is.
