No signal – No service

I've had a contract with Cell C for more than three months, found out the day I got home that there is no signal where I live, I've sent countless requests with no response. Today I receive a random email saying its a 'lacking area' and they can look at getting a site there.

Look at getting a site there? Does that mean you are getting a site there? And what am I supposed to do with my contract with a phone that I am unable to use in the interim?

I am paying for a service I am unable to use. No one has called me once to explain or apologise for this mess. The service from cell c has been diabolical.
