Refund Process

I contacted Cell C on 30APR13. I was doing internet banking and accidentally inserted a payment to Cell C instead of to actual account I was meant to pay. Only to realise later of the error. I contacted Cell C for the money to be transferred back to my account as the money was paid in error. I was told this would be processed. I did follow-up and was told that it was in the process and still today I have not received my money. Suppose to have taken 48hrs and now its days gone by. Ref: 3043003503
