It has been over a week and I'm still waiting for someone at Telkom to contact me to sort the problem out. I've had a single phone call from a technician and he promised that he would call back the next day to check on the issue and so far I have not received a call. I did get a message telling me that they will drop my line speed to 1mbps when I'm currently paying for 4mbps. Just a week ago my line WAS RUNNING AT 4mbps. Why do you think it's not valid to tell me that it needs to drop. I've been running that speed for years.
Call me back instead of leaving idiotic messages without contact details and SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM YOU CAUSED.
