ADSL lines down for past 4 days

I am connected to Telkom adsl and my email arress is: [Email Removed]
I received notification on 2nd May 2013 informing me that i will experience a little difficulty with my line due to upgrades being done, since the 3rd of May my line has been completely dead and i am losing business.
I have logged this fault several times and on each occasion i get a different excuse, when i asked to speak to someone in authority i am told there is no one in authority i can speak to.
Telkom, your service and attitude stinks and i will be seeking compensation for your breach of contract.
