As a subscriber to independent newspaper, I'm very disappointed in the way my complaints have been handled, I've cancelled my subs previously, 'cos of the service & no regard to me as a paying client. Phoned in today (17:50) to complain about my newspaper being between the bars on driveway gates, extremely wet & torn. Spoke to Jane @ home del., she assured me another will be delivered immediately, no response after -1/2 hours. This company has never reversed any of the charges on my account previously & I strongly think they don't give a as they are being paid via debit order from my acc. I'm tired of their apologies, please REFUND ALL monies owed by you to me for every complaint I've logged, I will never be considering to accept anymore promises that you can't keep. PLEASE ASK YOUR HOME DELIVERIES MANAGER TO CONTACT ME.
