I have been complaining for as many as 6 months, about the poor coverage, poor service, no feedback, no results to complaints, no response, dropped lines, crossed lines, provided by Cell C. I have made application to cancel my contracts with no reply, except "are you sure you wish to do this".
I have complained on Hello Peter before, with only a reply, we will attend to your query in 48 hours, well still waiting!
If I can recommend to anyone reading this DON'T buy CELL C, it will be the biggest mistake of your LIFE! If you are board and need problems in your life, sign up with Cell C.
