I have been struggling with my account since the word go!! When will this end??? I was promised 3 months credit on my account and it's the WORST promise anyone ever made to me!!!
My account that needs to be R 249.00 per month varies from R 249 (ONE statement ONLY and then get a rude phone call as I paid "less") to R 1.225 (While my service was suspended for the whole month)!!! How is this possible!!
The only month that my statement showed R249 which I paid I got a RUDE and SARCASTIC phone call from one of your consultants asking if I received my statement and why I only paid R 249 instead of R 321!! This is also the main reason why I cancelled my Debit order!! I budget according to my statement and Autopage changes the amount as they please!!! I have been making calls, receiving calls, file complaints and and and... yet to no prevail!!
My service was suspended even after I made the payment and it wasn't even restored for the whole month!!!
AUTOPAGE WHERE IS YOUR HONESTY TOWARDS YOUR CLIENTS???
If this is not sorted soon I will cancel my contract as it is within my CPA RIGHTS to do so!!
Can MANAGEMENT please get back to me that this can be sorted once and for all!!!
