You have an access limit to your call centre???

Hi there, what is this nonsense that you have an access limit to your contact centre???

Because i logged a query before, i can log another query??? i pay for your service
This is my last vodacom contract, Cancel my contract i would rather pay the penalty fee than
deal with your company. Your website is slow and times out if you try to perform self service... and you cant use the call centre so what then???
