From the manager to the staff the service is just apalling! The manager himself screaming at his staff, telling them not to give us the phone we had been waiting for the last three weeks after the consultant had made numerous calls in one day for us to collect the phone. He literally said he didn't care that we were on back order that phone is not to be given to us without a valid explanation. What leader does that in a shop full of customers.
The consultant who had summoned us to the store was about to tell us that the phone was finished until I intervened because I beginning to be upset then she went to the back to collect!
