I log a complaint with Hello Peter - only to get a response 2 days later from you - telling me I have Escalation reference ARS 219308 and that you need some additional information from me, which I promptly mail to [Email Removed]
Another 2 days later and nothing, zilch - nada!
Why do I bother - why do you bother even responding to people on Hello Peter???
That's got to be job satisfaction for you - you come to work to respond to people so it looks like you actually care! But nothing gets done.
If only there was some competition for you guys - if only!!
