Still no feedback on what is going on. Very disappointed in the poor service Vodacom provides as seen all over HELLO PETER. I would really like to know what happened to the data bundle a purchased but did not receive. I am sick and tired of all this noises. As a consumer I know my rights as stated in the Consumer Protection Act. If I do not have a replacement handset before my birthday on 13 May 2013 I'd rather want a refund! This has been going on since January and still Vodacom ARC is unable to fix my handset.
