I have been waiting for over a week for MTN to load my IPAD deal. Apple Istore tell me there is nothing they can do because MTN are the ones that load the deal and if they dont feel like loading the deal then there is nothing they can do. I have never encountered such a useless bunch of people as those that work at MTN. I actually cannot believe that MTN even calls itself a service provider when they do not provide even the slightest bit of service. I am sure that this posting will after a week receive a standard 'copy and paste' response and no one from MTN will actually contact me. So just for the record so that everyone else can see what a miserable service you provide I am posting this complaint. I am not holding my breath that you will actually resolve my query because my previous experiences with MTN has shown me what a bunch of uncaring, unproductive and useless bunch you are. Even you responses on this site can take a week. I am not surprised you are losing customers daily. Please with tears in my eyes will someone respond to me with a telephone call and not just an annonymouse email from someone who noone can ever get hold off.
