No help from FNB!!!

I have been very patient and gentle, but after 15 emails and also posting on previous compliments to not be nasty, FNB still hasn't got back to me.

im unable to log onto my online banking account and want to receive OTP on my email not on my cellphone.

what the is going on at FNB if I need to email for 3 weeks and no one bother to help, useless bunch!!!
