My cellphone was taken in for repairs about 2 months ago. The phone could not be repaired and a consequent insurance claim was filed. I have been to the Canal Walk branch 5 times and none of the consultants could give me adequate feedback on the status of the phone. After going into the store, consultants were asked to contact me the following working week to update me on the progress of the claim, however... I received no feedback. I phoned the insurance department who claim that no insurance claim was filed and that I needed to go back to the store. Nashua cant give me the service I require but don't have a problem debiting my account every month for the contract and insurance. Their service is pathetic!!!
