Not repairing/replacing celphone under warranty

About two months after I received my new contract celphone it just went dead. I received the celphone per courier from the headoffice of Vodacom in Midrand (Tel no. 011-650 5608 and e-mail address [Email Removed]). After it broke they fetched it at my home also per courier (waybill no 10266822). This happened on 1 August 2012. After 7 calls (names of people answering the phone are available) and 3 e-mails there is still no response whatsoever, even though the e-mails were acknowledged.
I complained and threatened legal action. They responded by saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. This was a week ago.
I have been paying for this phone for nearly a year and in one of the last calls they stated that they think they lost the phone. I have not have any feedback since.
