I bought an item 3 weeks ago from Groupon, they had a system change to auto redemption - what a FAIL
On my 1st mail they send me a waybill number and the courier details back
I contacted the courier that is suppose to have the item and they have not even received it yet
Since then I have been sending mails to [Email Removed] and all I get is their generic replies
I just need to clarify when the courier receives the parcel - and still getting the generic mail or other mails gets ignored
Previous dealings with groupon was much more positive - they need to up their game as there is 100's of negative feedback on this site
