Bad service and No Responce

My Dad purchased a phone from iGear almost 5 weeks ago and still no phone has been received after we have tried to communicate with them by several e-mails and phone calls, they have responded with a mail that said that they are waiting for documents of the Purchaser witch was sent through several times to them and we tried to phone but its only an answering machine you get were you need to leave a massage and they will get back to you but I don't think that's working as we still haven't received any feedback on it, I have also sent trough another E-mail address as my dad works away from home allot for months at a time but not 1 mail was send through to that address. I think that this is real BAD service and communication from them. We now have done a reverse payment made to them, so I just want to WARN every one, if you want to purchase a item from iGear think more than twice before you make payment, that is if you don't mind waiting for more than 5 weeks for your purchase or don't want any communication on your purchased item.
