Fix the attitude please

Hi

I just want to let you know. If one of your call center agents phone and it so happens that the client being phoned already has uncapped internet or whatever you have to offer, it does not hurt them to polite and say goodbye instead of just "feeling offended" and just putting the phone down in someone's ear. It actually gives you a bad name and makes you look bad.
Please work on that!
