8ta = APATHY. Zero commitment, 100% incompetence

I cancelled my contract on 1 April. Apparently 8ta didn't process it. The only reason I know is because someone phoned me on Friday 3 May to ask if I want to move over to an alternative contract instead. I phoned customer care. Spoke to Mbali Khuzwayo, who could not help me or offer any solution. Extremely frustrating. Asked to speak to her superior Terence Tuckree. After holding for 20 minutes Mbali said he is aware that I am on hold and he'll give me a call back the same day. I asked when and if he's going to call me back and she said "Sorry, he may not get back to you as we are having a busy day". That was Friday. It's 5 days later. I have since left 20 messages on their facebook profile, but all the response I get is "your complaint has been forwarded". The apathetic attitude is unacceptable. Their adverts talk about "commitment" and yet they are completely and utterly uncommitted to customer service. This company needs to be taken to task with their utter incompetence or mere apathy. And I'm not alone. 99% of Facebook comments talk about the lack of customer service. When will these service providers be held accountable? Completely unacceptable 8ta!
