This morning I received a phone call from Jackie at Telkom. In a 5 minute telephone conversation, she was able to resolve all of the issues I have had with Telkom over the past few weeks. This, after having called the "help"line numerous times, emailing several times, visiting a Telkom branch, and finally complaining on Hello Peter.
Thank you, Jackie for your effortless problem solving and great attitude.
Telkom, if you want to run a good business that encourages customer satisfaction, hire more Jackies! She deserves an award.
