I just want to say thank you to Blanche for sorting out this problem that has been going on since December. She was efficient, courteous and has restored a bit of faith in Cell C. It is just a pity that she seems to be the exception to the rule when it comes to customer service. Thank you Blanche for everything that you did. I really appreciate it.
