I bought a solar powered charger for R499 on 15 April from Courtney. She wasnt very friendly nor knowledgable.
After 2 days of testing it, it didn't work at all so I visited the branch a second time to return the faulty product and in turn get my money back. Courtney made me fill out a refund request form and assured me that i would be refunded in a couple of days.
Today, 3 weeks later, i stumbled on this form (I had forgotten), and realised that I still hadnt been refunded. I phoned the branch, and they insist i cannot sort this out over the phone, but must go there in person yet a third time. How pathetic is this.
Just save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them at all as it is a nightmare afterwards.
