I recently took up a contract for a dongol stick. Of which I were to pay R45 a month. I specifically told the agent that I dont want any hidden costs I will only pay the R45 of which he assured me and he says the call is recorded. A month later the bill comes back and its not R45 but more. So I call 084145 ask them toi cancel the contract though I dont mind paying the amount given but I feel betrayed because I have asked the agnet who assured me so anyway I want the contract cancelled.
I was transfered from one operator to another, put on hold for more thatn 30 minutes at one point and still the contract is not cancelled. I told them to go back to the conversation recordings but still nothing has been done. Please HELP!!! So annoyed with CELL C
