Poor Billing Ever!!!

I'm tired of your billing department- for 3months u don't debit, what was the use for me to arrange a debit order facility with you? Since u decided to debit me today after 3months-please reisntate my line EMMEDIATELY!!! Else I'm reversing this amount and take you from a debit order facility- I don't operate like that, This line must be open tuesday!!! As at 03 December 2013.
