Incompetent

My contract has come to an end in February, I was given a case number and was told that my contract will end in February. My bank acc. has been debited for the last 5 months and i have spoken to numerous call agents and nothing has been done yet. I am so frustrated that i can only laugh at the incompetence of 8TA. Is there really nobody that can help me in such a big company. I VOTE 8TA THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY.
