Its me again and I really hate doing this... Every month I must call you guys and complain about your service. On my credit card, the debit date is 25th monthly and this month you guys decided to debit my account today (23rd). 25th its NOT a holiday for heaven sake.. Called and spoke to Tumelo Machaka who told me that you guys confirmed with my employer that I'm getting paid today. I called my HR and they told me that these no way that they can confirm such, its betwen me and African bank cause the contract that I signed with my employer was that I'm getting paid on the 25th unless it falls on weekends or public holiday then I will receive it earlier.
I must say, you have time to waste calling all your clients employer confirming their pay date monthly, I'm sure your telephone bill is sky high.
We agreed that the debit order date will be on 25th unless otherwise, this time around its NOT a holiday. Every month I must call and scream on the phone for your incompetancy..haaai maan its not right. Next time you will debit my account when theres no money & my bank penalise & that will create a bad image on credit breaux when its your fault... Fix your service guys
