YOU CUT MY LINE ON THE 20TH APRIL WITHOUT NOTIFICATION YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT 25TH APRIL (YOU ALMOST SCORED TWICE DEBIT & MANUAL PAYMENT) AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS U RE-ACTIVATE MY ACC ON THE 30TH APRIL... NOW TO PUT THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE YOU SUSPEND MY LINE AGAIN TODAY!!!
AND ALL I GET TOLD IS MY PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING PLS SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT, I HAVE DONE THIS A NUMBER OF TIMES AS PER REQUEST SO THAT THE OPERATOR CAN LOG A CALL WELL GUESS WHAT ACCORDING TO LAST CALL NO LOG HAS EVER BEEN RECORDED!!!
I AM NOT SENDING P O P AGAIN AS EVERYONE HAS A COPY NOW AND I WILL INVESTIGATE BREACH OF CONTRACT IF I HAVE TO OR BETTER YET REVERSE MY DEBIT AND CANCEL ANY FUTURE DEBITS, I WOULD RATHER GO PAY AS YOU GO THAN HAVE TO DEAL WITH 8TA ANY FURTHER.
I AM SURE THEN YOU WILL FIGHT AS HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AS I HAVE HAD TO FOR SERVICES ALREADY PAID FOR!!!
AND WHY HAVE MANAGERS AND ACCOUNTS DEPT IF NO ONE CAN HAVE ACCESS TO THEM... WAITING FOR UR CALL CENTRE OPERATORS TO DO ANYTHING IS LIKE WAITING FOR IT TO SNOW IN DURBAN. SOMETHINGS WILL JUST NEVA HAPPEN, AND MAYB YOU SHOULD BAN THE PHRASES ' I DONT KNOW' & 'WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED' FROM UR CALL CENTER VOCAB
