Poor Client Service

My husbands account has been handed over to the debt collectors Select Online for his Cell C account which has been paid in full June 2012 already.

I spoke to Zuraida Khan about this matter on the 21/02/2013 explaining that the account has been settled in full and also provided her with the proof of payment and she has said that she will take it up with Cell C and advise me accordingly.

To date Cell C has not even gotten back to Zuraida nor to me who has also submitted a query in this regard on the 06/03/2013.

I have received read and non read receipts of my e-mail query but to date I have received no response what so ever from Cell C.

My issue is that they have been sitting with the monies which is over R4000 rand for almost a year now and it was not allocated to my husbands account.

his credit record has suffered because of poor administration on Cell C's side and I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible and his credit record adjusted for the lack of administration and service on Cell C's end.
