8ta data bundles disappeared

I bought the R149 2 1 gig promo at the beginning of the month and then I bought another one again mid-month. To my surprise, every time I went on the Internet the data bundles that where getting consumed where the ones I bought much lateron instead of the oldest ones, (by the way you don't choose which data you want to use).

So here is the problem: the older data bundles will expire 1st, but they are not getting used up when I go to the Internet. Instead, the ones expiring much later on are being consumed.
In a nutshell, I lost data bundles which I have not used. Before this happend I called the call center to try rectify this and the agent was clueless.
