I called into Cell C's 084 140 Customer Service centre. Firstly the pre-recorded message is in Zulu and has no option to hear it in English. Wow! After randomly pushing buttons I miraculously got through to customer services. My request is simple - I have a 12 month prepaid data contract and would like to know how to go about checking the data balance as it cuts off at 2GB. Spoke to 5 different people and was shunted between technical and customer service. Seems it was an impossible question to answer, the last being "eish". At that point I just gave up and hung up the call. Well done Cell C - world class!!
