Billing information is obscure and incomplete

I took out a Cell C my zone contract which includes 2GB of data per month for about R250. In the 3 months I've had the contract, I've been billed between R 400 and R 600 in addition for data overage. The invoices I receive show the overage as a call with a duration - there is no indication of actual data usage. The customer portal does not provide this information either.

I would like to know:
* What rate I'm being billed at per MB outside of the 2GB
* How much additional data I'm using per month (this is not shown anywhere on the invoice or customer portal).
* How to cap the account so I don't run into overage (there seems to be no facility for this)
* How to direct the 500MB warning SMS to my personal cellphone (the SMS is sent to the SIM for the contract which is useless as it's connected to the modem and I don't see it unless I log into the device).

Customer services were unable to answer even the first point. It's extremely frustrating to not have this information and I have never had this problem with other SP's.
