We had our debited on the wrong day of the month in April for March 2013, we phoned them and let them know and asked them to complete a special debit order. Our account was not debited and service was not suspended, we were contacted and we asked why they hadnt taken the debit order only to be advised that they forgot. It was eventually taken off and again our servied was never suspended. this month i have two amounts, one amount from March plus a coonection fee plus this months debit. WE HAVE PAID YOU, WE WERE NEVER DISCONNECTED??? WHY MUST WE PAY A CONNECTION FEE?? WHY ARE YOU CAHRGING ME AGAIN WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN PAID.??? DO YOU NEED THE EXTRA FUNDS TO TRAIN YOUR ACCOUNTS STAFF TO COMPLETE A SIMPLE ACCOUNT TRANSACTION???
