FIX MY CONTRACT!!!

I requested an upgrade to the Samsung S4 on a 315 top up (Wednesday 1 May), I specifically asked for the the one where you pay R569pm as my husband did his upgrade the week before me.
When I saw the quote it was a R539pm minute billing quote. I immediately called the next day to stop processing that request and put me on the contract I originally requested. I was told it is cancelled and call back in a few hours to put through the correct package.
I called and was told nothing was cancelled and they had no idea why. They transferred to me to 3 other people to deal with my problem and was told again. "No worry, everything will be sorted, someone will contact you in 24 hours" Friday came and I contacted you guys once again, only to be told AGAIN no nothing was cancelled and we will escalate this problem. Called once again that day and someone tried to sort everything out and said he can see everything is correct on the system now.

I then decided to call Monday (6 MAy 2013) only to discover ONCE AGAIN NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! now some other poor soul is trying to help me and I have to wait for someone from Admin to call me back in 24 hours! When will this be sorted! Wasting my time!!
